求解：M3OBJEXP.OCX文件需要注册！！

版本：MicroStrategy8
问题：登录Desktop失败，报错如下：

“Failed to load control 'msiObjectExplorer' from M3OBJEXP.OCX. Your version of M3OBJEXP.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.”
