informatica安装时报错

安装informatica的时候报错。

Cannot create domain.

The installer could not create the domain. Correct the error below and select
Retry. You must successfully create the domain to continue the installation.
DEFINE_NODE_STDOUT:[ICMD_10150] An unexpected system error has occurred:
[org/w3c/dom/Element.setTextContent(Ljava/lang/String;)V].

DEFINE_NODE_STDERR:
DEFINE_NODE_EXITCODE:255

安装进程卡在，检查system的时候报了这个错误，请问这是什么原因？环境变量还是JRE的问题？怎么解决？

做一下工作：
1.确定连接数据库正确
2.创建时填写的userID必须是在数据库中创建的具有DBA权限
PS：用户最好是新创建的不知道里面有表的用户是不是可行，没有试验过至于赋予DBA权限我也不是很了解
