The following error occurred while performing a repository action. Error - [PCSF_10007] Cannot connect to repository [e3sp] because \n[[REP_61082] AdminConsole's code page (MS Windows Simplified Chinese, superset of GB 2312-80, EUC encoding) is not one-way compatible to repository e3sp's code page (MS Windows Latin 1 (ANSI), superset of Latin1). Failed to connect to repository service [e3sp].].

要重装Integration Service, 在安装过程中，选Code Page要和主机的语言相同，（你的主机是MS Windows Simplified Chinese...), 那么你要选择一样的（也是MS windows Simplified Chinese ...)就可以了。
