Repository配置的时候，停在"Creating Repository Service"不动了，数据库中没有写入任何表

各位老师啊，在"ConfigureationAssistant"中的Repository配置阶段，停在"Creating Repository Service"不动了，去oracle查了下：
SQL> conn info_repo/info_repo
Connected.
SQL> select count(*) from user_tables;

COUNT(*)
----------
0

SQL>
没有创建任何表。
info_repo用户的权限都给了（包括dba,sysdba,resource,connect）
还是不行，谁能帮忙解答下啊？？？

创建的用户有没有create drop table这些权限啊?
