连不上repository

连不上repository
装完client后，运行Repository Manager或者Designer总是报下面这个错误：
The Repository Manager cannot connect to the repository.You might not have privileges to use the Repository Manager. Or, the Repository Service is synchronizing users with users in the domain. Try connecting again in a few minutes. Or, contact the domain administrator.

但是我登陆administration console看到，确实有链接被识别了：

我的版本是8.6.0

现在找出原因是权限的问题了，用administrator可以登录，怎么能给admin赋予权限呢？
