在Domain下创建新Node时遇到的问题？

现在我机器上有一个Node，现在想利用另一台机器上的Server新建一个Node和Integration_service来执行我本机上耗时的Workflow，但我在Console里新建Node成功后提示“Use the installation program to associate the node with a host name and port number. ”没办法，那我就双击安装文件来装了，但开始时就提示“Unset the INFA_HOME, INFA_NODE_NAME and INFA_DOMAINS_FILE before continuing the installation. Continuing the installation with the environment variables set will cause the installation to fail.”没办法，那我就把环境变量里有关于INFORMATICA的东西都删了，重新安装就没再弹出这错误，但接下来是提示覆盖安装的，我就没有接着装下去了。
所以想问，你们是怎样新增加Node的？一定是在新安装时定好有几个Node就先建，以后不能加了？还有，Grid的概念是什么？是不是Grid可以包含多个Node，当一个Integration_service是以那个Grid来建的时候，如果一个Node上的Server坏了，另外一个Node补上来跑，像Oracle RAC一样？
