manager,s code page(MS Windows simplified chinese,superset of GB 2312-80 EUC encoding)are incompatible.
我知道repository manager和rep知识库的字符集不同；但是不知道怎么处理。我用的版本是7.1.4；repsitory manager的字符集在那儿修改
